Wedding & Reception Packages

After touring the ranch, we will customize your wedding and reception packages that are tailored to specifically fit your needs. With each part of Happy H Ranch adding its own unique piece to the pastoral atmosphere, and our expert staff there to assist you, we can provide a venue and service that is second to none.

Our Wedding & Reception Packages Include:
  • Customized ranch access to special event site the day of the event
  • Venue management onsite during your event
  • 72" round banquet tables that comfortably seat 10 guests per table with white or ivory floor length linens
  • 6' rectangular and cocktail tables with linens
  • White ceremony chairs
  • Burlap or white aisle runner
  • Shepherd's hooks
  • Access for your approved caterer to use a commercial catering prep kitchen
  • Separate bride and groom dressing areas
  • Table, chair and linen setup/breakdown and clean-up services after the event
  • Clean, large and spacious restroom facilities
  • Free and ample parking
  • And more!

Catering services, beverages and servers as well as any additional rental company requirements are not included in the above packages. A list of recommended caterers and rental companies can be provided to you. You may provide your own alcoholic beverages, and Happy H Ranch will arrange TABC licensed bartender/s and security staff based on total guest count for an additional fee.
